Creekside Greens Ottawa is now offering delivery!
Here’s how it works…
We offer three convenient delivery windows:
Our first run leaves at 2pm, then again at 5pm, and finally at 8pm!
Any order placed after 8pm will be taken the following day on your selected run.
The standard service fee for delivery is $5.00
To place your order simply build it on our website and select delivery rather than pick-up. Each order must be pre-paid and must be delivered to a residence. Delivery options will only be available to those within our delivery range, primarily servicing Old Ottawa South, Carleton Campus, Billings Bridge Residences and The Glebe.
We are not legally allowed to deliver to non residences nor hospitals.
Upon delivery the driver will check that both your PHYSICAL ID Card and the PHYSICAL payment card that you used to pay matches the information on your order. Make sure to bring both to meet the driver! (DIGITAL VERSIONS OF ID OR PAYMENT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED)
If you live in a building please be ready to meet the driver at the main door of your lobby as we do not service inside of buildings for increased driver safety.
We will be delivering via e-bike, therefore we will not be able to complete deliveries during heavy weather such as snow, thunderstorms, or heat warnings. We appreciate your understanding in working with us to keep our drivers safe!
